In the areas where urban transformation is planned, prioritization is carried out by considering the “Economic and Social Values” that the transformation will bring to the city once implemented.
Within the framework of this prioritization, short-, medium-, and long-term transformation actions, phasing, and a roadmap are defined for the identified areas.
The actions, phases, and evaluations determined for prioritizing transformation areas are supported by appropriately scaled maps, visual documents, and drawings, based on relevant data, documentation, and the characteristics of the settlement and planned transformation implementations.
